In the family Kovačević, the tradition of tourism and catering began with an old family hotel “Overland” in Hvar, in the twenties of the last century. In the fifties, in order to continue such a tradition, Zorko and Rita Kovačević began with the opening of the tavern “Zori” on the Pakleni Islands, which was afterwards developed and enhanced by the new generation following the world trends and by 2006 they have reorganised the restaurant so that today they are offering a complete and full service for your holidays. “Zori” is situated near the sea, in the bay Vinogradišće on the Island Saint Clement which is the core of the Pakleni Islands and which is placed in front of the city of Hvar, only five minutes walk from the ACI marine – Palmižana, and which became known, because of it’s location, as the paradise for sailors.
